OK, here are my Phoenix Wrongs.

This is the first, Mustard For All. The use of Windows Movie Maker and the lack of a good microphone seriously decrease the quality of this one, which is a shame because looking back, some of my best ideas were here. A remake will ensue eventually, once my long-overdue "Phoenix Wrong Pleads The Fifth" comes out.


My first Phoenix Wrong with backgrounds, Denial and Ridiculations. (Sorry for the name, don't know what I was thinking). Effectively, I wasn't really thinking about quality, sadly, and just threw in every idea I had and called it finished as soon as I was done. Some good ideas did come of this, but I don't think it was anywhere near as good as it could have been. Also, for sound quality's sake I decided not to record anything, and used only what sound clips I could find prerecorded on the internet.


My third, Apollo Justice For All. Personally, some of the scenes in here are emotional favourites of mine, particularly "Slave To The Wage". It had the same fault as the last, but I think it came out better. One problem, however, was that I was using the (then glitchy) Apollo Justice sprites, which skipped horribly, causing massive narm on my favourite section. Also, there were blatant aniamtion issues, but I put it on YouTube without thinking to check first.
I'll probably include some scenes I don't think I handled well in my MFA remake. Also, there are a couple of scenes in there that I consider to be a case of "HOW AM I THE FIRST?!" namely the Spinal Tap scene and "YOU'RE A HOOKER!". Seriously, how did no-one beat me to those?


My fourth work, and a fan-favourite. This was the first one where I decided to slow the feck down, and focus on actual quality as opposed to making it in a day. (No really, that's how long the other three took). I think it shows. Also, this was the first time I implimented the use of a good microphone for some scenes, therefore some of my favourite parts have come about this way. Also, niggerfaggot.


This is Phoenix Wrong Goes Fourth. (The name takes into account that, when Mustard For All goes down, it will be the fourth vid). Now, you know how every band seems to have one album that they claimed sucked because they were taking excesses of drugs? I attribute this one to the fact that I think I was actually going insane at this point. I was becoming a massive hypochondriac, losing sleep, I had been somewhat excessive with caffeine (you should have seen my wall of Red Bull cans...) and this one was essentially therapy for me. Because of this, I sorta set out to make the best goddamned Phoenix Wrong ever made, got really egotistical with my abilities, and somehow never took into account that any idea I had for a Phoenix Wrong might not be very good. (Heh, it feels like i'm describing some story of rockstar excess here. Kinda silly, huh?). The results were, of course, mixed. I think some of my best ideas ever went into this, especially that scene from Dexter. (I still consider that to be the best skit I ever did). I was pretty dissapointed when I saw the response and promptly came back down to earth. Huh... I kinda went on a tangent there, didn't I? Oh, and this is also where we see the first incarnation of Hypnogant. (He's very popular on a certain forum that I was recently banned from)


So, after 10 months of work, I produced this overbaked disappointment. Not bad, I guess, but not as good as it should have been. Still, Gay Bar FTW.

Also, I put an arseload of work into that Lain skit.

I think "Goes Forth" is my favorite of your vids, actually.

BUT, I don't think that "I'm A Serial Killer" is your best skit. Not that I'm sure which one is.

LOL! I am going to agree with BlackJack on this one. "Goes Forth" is really funny. And I thought that the "I'm A Serial Killer" skit was from Dexter. I was like "where do I know this from?"

Heh, it could just be that I think that because i'm a massive Dexter fanboy, AND a massive Kristoph Gavin fanboy. I've actually made a comic regarding him in his attorney days. I think I might post it here, actually.

Oh yeah, that one's become something of a love-it-or-hate-it amongst viewers. Partly because it takes up most of the video.

It's kinda funny, because, up until I said I didn't care for it, it was just "love it". Lind was surprised because nobody had said they didn't like it before. And while I love Derrick Comedy, I always thought that skit was weak. I may use one of the better ones like "Memory Loss" or "Blow Job Girl" into skits.
