A tale of a city shrouded in secrets...

Welcome to Daleius. This is a city that is shrouded in secrecy and darkness. Camera's are placed everywhere,In every house, in every store. There is no such thing as privacy in Daleius. The city is ruled by an enigmatic king who never lets the public see his face, but instead just records his voice and plays it all over the city. You need indentification wherever you go. You are given a list of the times you can be out of your home. Everything is carefully controled and watched. Little does the king know that beneath the city, in the sewers, people are stirring up,weapons,guns, anything they can find. They have formed a resistance group that hopes to one day overthrow the king. The kings security is constantly roaming around so when things need to be done it must be in secret. The resistance group was soon found and crushed and the city returned to its former state,helpless and constantly being watched. Now the citizens live in the city in fear and terror that their everymove is being watched. Now they wait, and watch, hoping that one day someone will free them from this hellish state of life. The City has been divded up into three sectors. You have to have an acess card for each sector and someone under eighteen cannot get through to another sector. You see, seperating each sector is a tall laser gate with armed guards. Many of the citizens have tried to escape the city and failed. Can you escape?

Sectors:

Sector 1:

This where most of the citizens live, it has a few shops and a store for food. The center of the sector has a police station, and everything else was built around the station so the police could monitor everything that went on.

Sector 2:

This place is very similar to sector 1. This place has more shops and places to go than Sector 1 and is also harder to get into. The houses in this sector are very expensive so not many people live here.

Sector 3:

Strangely enough Sector 3 has been shut down temporarily due to the police re-doing it. Anything going on within this off-limits sector has been kept a secret for the time being.

As a citizen you will just live out normal....monitored lives, doing whatever normal people do, but be careful what you do in front of police...You may attempt to escape but it will not be easy as there are guards everywhere and you would have to have a large band of people to escape. Although this RP may seem boring it is anything but...you just have to stick around long enough...you never know....

Sorry for the double post but here is my bio:

Name: Stephen Hownam
Nickname: Black (explained below)
Age: 18
Gender: Male
Personality: A regular teenager Stephen is polite and fun loving, always has a hair brain scheme to get into trouble and often break some of the minor laws like Curfew and no Spray-panting. Some would even say he lives everyday like it was his last.

Appearence: standing at 6 feet tall Stephen has an Athletic build he is clean shaven with short brown hair that has blond highlights in it, he styles it depending on the day and/or his mood. he has a tattoo that takes up most of the space on the left side of his Torso and also his Left arm


Clothes: Stephen normally wears a black DC Beanie that has a visor, with the Visor poitning backwards and slightly to the right, He wears a pair of Black G-star Jeans. most of the time he wears a black or a white FCUK T-shirt. With multiple patterns and Styles of T-shirt in his cupboards. His trainers are quite Often black DC's but has other pairs in his collection. often wears a Black Hoodie if he thinks he will be getting into trouble or breaking the rules. Always Carries a black rucksack that he refers to as his 'bag of tricks' that hangs most of the way down his back so it sits jin the small of his back.

Bag of tricks: Stephen's Bag, commonly known as the bag of Tricks contains many Items including can's of black spray paint, a 1 liter bottle of the Energy drink Relentless and a plain white mask, A flash light, a pack of cigarette's, his lucky lighter and other various items that he might need during day to day life.

Backstory: Stephen was adopted by his parents at the age of 7, and with no memory of his life before that age, he never asked. Stephen began free running at the age of 10, becomming quite good in the section in which he lived. once he was 16 Stephen began causing a few problems for the guards, normally getting him escorted home and being put on house arrest, or getting him punched by the less generous guards.

Once he hit 18 Stephen gained access to sector 2 he began his free running there, causing mayhem. after a couple of weeks, Stephen had been seen throughout sector 2 and with his reputation in sector 1 from when he was younger, Stephen's fully black outfit with a plain white facemask, managed to gain him the nickname 'Black'

Personality: Despite his cold personality, he is a very caring person anyone of his friend's if they where in danger he would put him self in harm's way just to save them.
Vincent is reluctant to speak, although when he does he typically has something very important to say.

Vincent is a man physically in his late 20s, and stands at exactly six feet tall. He has crimson eyes and long black hair that streams about a bit wildly at times. He wears a red band over his head with his bangs emerging over it. Vincent's most distinctive feature is his tattered red cape, held in place over his shoulders and lower face by several buckles. Underneath his cape, Vincent's attire is black with several straps and buckles.

In his red torn cape he carry's a triple barreled revolver. That is physically impossible to see unless you no where it is.


Backstory: Vincent's ability of mastered parkour abled him to run up whole building sides defying gravity always gave him an edge when running from the police. He is wanted man. For killing police and other member's tied in with the king witch he got caught he was sentenced to a life time in jail for ten years he spent hoening his skills in parkour till he mastered it and broke out. He has beening living in the shadows and only roamed at night. He has such agility it is near impossible to catch him unless you have him in a trap. Not even the camera's can keep up with him he, is just a motion of blur on the monitor. He has been found as a mere toy in the eye's of the kind.
