[Suggestion] Addition to the anime and manga sections

I'd like to propose an addition to the anime and manga sections. I think it would be beneficial to have a new chapter discussion forum for the manga section and a new episode discussion forum for the anime section. Simply because this way people who may be interested in getting into a certain anime or manga won't be alienated from the discussion thread when they come across a page filled with spoilers.

If this doesn't tickle your fancy then I'd like to propose prefixes be available for the anime and manga discussion sections. Prefixes that could simply make readily apparent that the thread is for specific discussion.





EDIT: I totally forgot about the thread we have for making suggestions in... feel free to merge the threads. I don't really see the point because it's just +1 post count either way, but yeah... in the interest of neatness, I suppose. xD

I will try tinkering around with a few options before I make any official decisions on this. I'll edit this post once I've done so.

I'm going to post again in order to bump the thread, and merge it later, but here's some updates:

1.) I've made a separate sub-forum for Suggestions now, so that's squared away.
2.) I can have sub-forums on here, so that won't be a problem.

With that said, I'm a bit confused as to what exactly the purpose of these forums will be, so I'd like to ask for a little clarification. Are these areas going to be for people just getting a show, and will contain a lot of spoiler-ridden threads? Or, will this be an area for people to just generally discuss newer animes? I'm assuming it's the former, but I want to make sure before I make any changes.

They will serve the purpose of giving long-term fans a place to discuss the newest installments without alienating people who are willing to discuss the series as a whole. People willing to do the former will likely be people who are interested in getting into the series and becoming a fan themselves so they can one day take part in the new chapter/episode discussions without feeling like an outsider.
