    The last movie you watched

The last movie I watched was Blades Of Glory. It wasn't as funny as I expected it to be but it greatly redeemed itself with the best chase scene in cinematic history. If you've seen the movie then you know what it is that I'm talking about. xD

I'll give it an 8/10. Will Ferrel was good, but not as good as he could be, I just don't think the role he played was deep enough for him to shine.

If you're going to post in this thread, please don't just name the movie and leave it at that. I'd like to see a rating and something you liked specifically. A genuine opinion is good for these kinds of threads.

The last movie I saw was Hot Fuzz for the first time so can't tell you much about it but. It was more of a comedy thriller i give it a 9/10 for its funny scripts but suspenseful moments

The last movie I saw was FFVII: Advent Children Complete without English subs or the dub. I wrote a huge ass review about on the site somewhere, but I can say that I enjoyed it and although I expected some things to be the way they were, a few new things surprised and pleased me.

Hi, sorry about my lacking presence at RSF. I got busy with my off-line life, and though it's settled a bit, there's not much to do here without people posting (which is kind of my fault >.<)

Mean Girls. It was a pleasant surprise. I was expecting a painful viewing experience, but the movie turned out to be pretty damn hilarious. Loved just about all the characters.

OK, so the other night I saw Death Race. =D

I was so relieved to find that Jason Statham wasn't being forced to put on an American accent for his role. That really took a lot away from Transporter and Transporter 2 for me. It just doesn't sound right for him because he has a pretty gritty British turn of phrase.

Anyway, the action scenes were top notch, the story was well developed and surprisingly deep for such a gory action flick. The cast worked well, and seriously, mucho applause for the death scenes... they were fab! All unique and equally as entertaining in a very sadistic kind of way. Everyone gets a sick satisfaction seeing a character come to a particularly grisly but innovative end.

I'd strongly recommend this movie to anyone that doesn't mind a bit of gore coupled with some fast paced action. =]

Want to see an interesting movie? Check out the ORIGINAL Death Race with Sylvester Stallone. It's absolutely horrendous, but you'll get a laugh outta it. xD

    Anywho!

Just watched Rocky V. Not nearly as good as the other Rocky movies, but I'm enough of a fan to appreciate it somewhat. Despite my hatred for Rocky's son (one of the most despicable characters I've seen in ANY movie), I like the movie.

I just watched Mad Max: Beyond the Thunderdome, which was followed by Flawless right after.

Mad Max: Beyond the Thunderdome, was definitely not as good as Road Warrior, and there were just some parts that made me go: "Lol. Seriously?" It was fun spotting all of the things that Fallout 3 took from it, though. xD

    Rating: 6/10

    Flawless:
This movie was a lot better, surprisingly, despite no real Hollywood attention to it. Michael Caine as always was a smart and charming character with a slightly shady side, and Demi Moore makes the best cold fish woman possible. I was quite impressed with the movie, and was happy that it did not end the way I had predicted.

    I give it a 8/10

Recently watched "Role Models" good laugh, especially for the RPers out there. xD

I'd give it a 7/10 I got a few good laughs but some of the acting could've been a LOT better.

    The Soloist:
I watched this movie yesterday, and was a bit skeptical of it. It was a touching and interesting story of friendship and love, but, I think it could have been a bit better than it was. The ending was meant to be happy, but, when you think about it, it was still a bit sad. The performances were incredible though, which wasn't much of a surprise. I enjoyed the music quite a lot, and one scene with particular visuals made me feel like I was in a Rave. xD

    I give it a 6.5/10

Yeah, I've been hearing a lot of mixed views on that flick. Like, it appears to have all of these great actors, it's just wasn't really up to par with people's expectations, which sucks.

Watched X-men III today for want of anything better. Action is pretty OK, but I'm missing my favourite character (where's Gambit damnit! I heard he's in Wolverine: the Beginning though...), and the storyline doesn't appeal to me much. Simply because it cuts off any credible sequel. I'd much rather see it made as a series, like a remake of the animated series I used to watch as a kid.

The last movie I watched was What tнe #$*! Dө ωΣ (k)πow!?in my investigations class. Overall, I liked it, but I liked it a lot more the first time I watched it and was 14... I really like the portrayal of some of the concepts, but the quantum physics part falls short for me. I think the movie was really good for expanding my understanding when I was 14, but on a college level, I know more about neuropeptides than the movie comes close to explaining, so it's kind of pointless. The actual plot also falls short for me; there is a deaf woman, she has a new and broadening understanding of the world... k.... Anyway, I love the majority of the science in this movie and I really have learned from it. I also don't like it's involvement in the Ramtha Movement..

Haha... "What the Bleep do we know"! I remember that movie, =D

The Last Movie I saw was X Men Origins: Wolverine.

Just one word to describe it: EPIC!

Although it's like Crisis Core... you know what happens in the end, D=

but still, it's quite a nice piece altogether. Who'd have guessed all that about teh Chars? :O

    So I give it a 9.5/10

I watched The Matrix last night, and surprisingly understood the story a little more. That's what I love aout these movies. Just when you think you have it down, you learn something new that helps you understand the movie that little bit more. Awesome.

2012. One word: Epic. xD Well, true enough, it's definitely much more than

    mini-quakes and volcanoes
when the world ends. haha. And of course there's the usual spoofs and all, things to allow the viewer to criticize on. But overall it was a nice movie. I did like it. A lot. And there was a lot of time to think while the movie played... so much things...

Oh, please don't follow the people to suicided after watching the movie... that's be just... lame... plus we wouldn't see you anymore.

PD: Yus, I wanted to abuse the "." and use it whenever possible :P

The last movies I watched were Four Brothers and Almost Famous. Four Brothers was interesting. I think it lived up to my expectations. Almost Famous was refreshing. It always reminds me of watching it when I was way younger.
