Halo CE: Anniversary

So i've been playing a lot of CE Anniversary lately.
Its amazing how many vivid memories this game brings back.
When Halo CE first came out, i was 13/14 yr old. And as far as console gaming, this game really blew my mind.
I, like everyone else, had the longest LAN parties with friends, all getting together with our xbox and playing 4 on 4 for hours and hours.

I'm glad the Anniversary game was left literally as it was 10 years ago, even down to the voice actors.
Its fun to be able to switch back and forth between new and old graphics.

Anyone else have thoughts on this game? Have you tried the multiplayer? I makes me sad to admit i haven't tried it yet.
I wanted to get through the entire game again before i advanced to the multiplayer- but with my work/school/family schedule, i don't have as much time to play as i'd like.

Anyway, its a great game, even 10 years later. If you are able to, i'd suggest picking it up. Its well worth it. It makes me sad when i realize how many of this next generation has never played Halo CE. It actually blows my mind lol. But i guess when it was only on a system that no longer is sold... I'm not surprised. Hopefully this Anniversary edition will get the original game into the hands in as many young people as possible!

I'm glad to see it's that good. I love the first game, and I'd love to play this one. I just don't have the money for it. One day, but consider that I haven't owned a Halo game since Halo 3. Tragic, I know.

haha thats ok, i hadn't actually bought a Halo games since 2!
for some reason i couldnt get into any of the games past that.
