I just noticed that one of the themes in The Last Remnant is exaclty the same as the music for hollow bastion in KH. Shame on SE for recycling.

But I don't think S-E would do that with out credit to Yoko Shomomura. I know in KH, they always credit Nobuo Uematsu for One Winged Angel, so if they did use the Hollow Bastion theme in a different game (for some reason) they'd credit her *ponders*

Really? I don't remember hearing anything from either game that could be liken to the other O.o

I can understand if the same composer works on two different games, there could be similarities, but I just really highly doubt it *shrugs*

I can't find the TLR track on YouTube. Yet anyway, I haven't checked them all. It's a slow process on an iPhone. Obviously they aren't exactly alike but there are definite and striking comparisons. It was the theme for a town or dungeon as far I remember. Then again I could be wrong.

That S-E conference in Japan happening on Jan. 18 isn't gonna be just about the FFXIII series-it'll include KH 3D as well, so hoping to see something good ^^

I dont know about anyone else....but I LOVE KH: Birth By Sleep. Reminds me of KH1 mixed with CoM's Card System. Epic!

I also prefer the D-Link system MUCH more than I did the Forms. The Forms took WAY too long to master! Heck you can even play FF Monopoly in this game. :P

yea, i gotta say, i love BBS for it's fighting system. however, while the combat styless are much easier to control, you also dont have a choice on using them. that was something i liked about 2's forms was that i could turn to them only when i was having trouble, while in this one it feels like one almighty crutch. "Character isnt strong enough? Heres a form that makes him hit 4 times as fast to make up for it. " jsut kinda feels like a weak way of doing it.

lol, whoa, I've had BbS since the Western release date, and I still haven't beaten the the entire story X_x

With Re:Coded a little over a week away, I'm gonna spend the rest of my gaming time on just BbS so I can finish it before I pick up the DS game. Since I want the secret ending too, I'm gonna bite the bullet and play the game on Proud mode.

I'm starting out with Terra again, so anyone have any idea how much I should level up on the first world?

Hrm... I haven't touched a Kingdom Hearts game in a while... The first one was okay, chain of memories was pretty awesome, and KH2 was just beast. Best thing about those games are the boss battles, at least to me. I've been waiting on the third part for a while already and I don't care much about the two handheld ones that came out for PSP/DS. Watched some game play for the DS one and watched the last boss battles for the psp one.

Birth by sleep had the BEST fight sets i've ever played. seriously, you gotta give it a try.

Beat BbS way back (and it is flippin' AWESOME, omg) and then gave Re:Coed a whirl. I gotta admit...It's disappointed me a tiny bit.

The game itself was pretty fun with the multiple gaming styles (turn based, action, side scrolling, etc) and the story idea wasn't terrible, but the content was pretty small. The main thing I basically got out of the game was what exactly Mickey wrote in that letter to Sora at the end of KH2 xD

But there were some pretty trippy elements, and there's some potential set-ups for KH3D (even KH3). I don't regret buying it, but I probably could've waited for it to drop in pricing.

However, KH3D isn't the only game before KH3. Oh no, anyone seen the secret ending to BbS FINAL MIX yet? Holy shi-Talk about mindf*ck and "wtf, when does this take place"-ness..xD

And you know? I'M WAITING FOR IT ANXIOUSLY AS F*CK. KH3 ain't gonna be here 'til (earliest) 2013, so more KH fodder, pretty please :3
