I'd say skip Legend of Dragoon. >.>
Everybody seems to love that game, but I tried to play it like a year ago, and it was fucking retarded. Maybe it didn't age well with time, but I couldn't get through the first two hours. I really tried.

I played about half of LoD before I quit-but only because I was underlevelled at the time. the only thing I remember not liking was the canon romance because of the crappy one-sided development.
