Congratulations, Doaj!

This is a promotion that has been long delayed. Doaj has been very persistent about RSF's revival and transition into a more RP-focused forum. Because of this, I'm promoting him to Maintainer / Admin, alongside John, so that they can build RSF together into a bigger and better forum.

Expect to see a lot of changes ahead, as RSF is long overdue for them - it's time to usher in a new era for RSF, as well as new leadership.

This was very unexpected, despite being told about this four minutes ago. Thank you very much, Kendra. I shall continue doing my best in the hopes of keeping this site barely afloat and gasping for air. Maybe one day it'll learn to swim. =D
