The very idea of this passing makes me want to throw up in disgust. I do not know where to begin to condemn this.

Basically it will limit the freedom of speech and infringe on all internet users' privacy under the pretence of fighting 'piracy'. Will it help? Of course not. It will only be a nuisance and it is a terrifying thought that this might be implemented.
