My favorite bands are ASIAN KUNG-FU GENERATION (I just had to type the whole thing out XD), DOES, Last Alliance, and Ellegarden! I know that they are not exactly Jrock you're referring to.
As for Visual kei bands, I like Sid and LM.C!
