Literally meaning "Spiral". It's notably one of the most mortifying horror manga there is.

The story tells of a town growing increasingly obsessed with Spirals. As it goes on, stranger and stranger paranormal events occur regarding them, and soon the town becomes impossible to leave due to the spiral's immense power...

It's a bizarre, twisting (no pun intended) story, full of Lovecraftian horror and a stark atmosphere akin to Silent Hill. If you're a fan of Horror manga/anime, it's definitely worth checking out.
