...I should probably have explained what a Hurt and Heal is first.

Basically, each turn, you take one point away from the character you dislike most, and give on point to the character you like the most. Everyone starts at 21. Last man standing wins!

To demonstrate:

Hurt: Aizen. Much as I initially loved him, Kubo's godmodding of him has gotten ridiculous.

Heal: Friend. The man is probably the most creepy, disturbing, intriguing character in the history of manga.

Hurt: Vicious. Because he's completely one-dimensional, and is shown to care about absolutely nothing in the series. I mean, he uses his pet bird as a fucking explosive.

Heal: Amber. Because let's face it, she's probably the most original antagonist i've ever seen. She's also one of very few likeable characters in DtB.
