From what I've gathered this is some super duper mecha cross-over game set to be out in Japan on the PS3.
Although I've heard the odds of it coming out over seas is almost nonexistent - apparently the IPs and such would just be too much of hassle to overcome with all these fandoms smashed into one game D=
