Well, That Was Unexpected:

During the upgrade from VB3 to VB4, many things did not get removed as they should have, which carried over to our current version and has caused numerous errors. Fortunately, Belazor was kind enough to offer his expertise, and has done a lot of cleaning up for RSF, as well as insured that the new Shoutbox was properly installed. So, without further ado, here's the updates:

1.) VBShout Pro:
Forum, I've decided to spoil you guys with a great, paid-for feature from Dragonbyte Tech: VBShout Pro. You'll all notice a new shoutbox has replaced the old one, and there's some great new features to go along with it:

-Entirely customizable from your User CP. You can configure the Shoutbox the way you want it to be.
-Notifications, now you can see updates when people create new threads and new posts, without having to scroll down to the bottom of the forum.
-Active users, with the tab on the side and at the top, you can now see who is in the chatbox with you.
-Retroactive changes, insures that when you change your font style, all of your shouts will be changed to match.
-Sounds, care to hear when people shout? You can enable sounds from within your User CP, and hear whenever a person makes a shout.
-Chatrooms, for our Super Members, you can create your own chatrooms, but be sure to mingle with the rest of the crowd!
-And plenty of other features as well!

2.) Those Textboxes Look Nice:
Yes, yes they do. You'll now notice that the input boxes for both the Shoutbox and the forum itself now reflect the color scheme of the skin. No more out of place white for you guys!

3.) Squeaky Clean & More Updates Coming:
Belazor has done a great job fixing the place up, and you can expect another new feature coming shortly, as well as some particularly big announcements headed everyone's way.

It looks pretty good! Still some slowdown when typing but I can live with it. Might be a caching problem or whatever. I dunno.

Just hope Belazor didn't covertly put loads of viruses into our mainframe and will shut us all down with his supder-duper hacking machine in his first step to dominate mankind.
