OK, so someone has to make this thread. I know the game has been officially announced for a few days now, so I didn't post this in the General News forum. I've been thinking since the announcement how weird it will be playing multiplayer online if you're playing as a soldier circa 2010 against a soldier circa 1960 or something. Plus it will have a fuck load of variety in weapons and probably perks, especially if they bring back tanks for us, which were awesome when playing World at War online.

So... what do you want to see out of this game? Personally I hope the Iranian Embassy siege in London makes it into the campaign as the starter mission. That was the conflict that made the Special Air Service known the world over, and it also sparked a whole bunch of controversy over their actions, some people calling it far too brutal and such. It was pivotal moment for the future of special forces regimants around the globe, and judging by the title of this game, it would be absolutely absurd if the mission didn't make it into the campaign.

Also, please Treyarch, please keep to your word and abolish the Commando perk. PLEASE!

Also abolish SitRep and the Tactical Nuke kthxbai.

A new CoD Game? Cool, I'd be up for that, and yeah, the tac nuke was really an unneeded killstreak wasn't it? XD
But yeah, if this beats MW2 AND WaW I'd be happy and would definately get it!

I will most definitely not get it. MW2 simply disappointed me too much to consider buying another installment for full price. When it drops to budget I might consider it though. WaW was very weak and MW2, while strong in the core, included many unnecessary changes and balance-breaking extras topped off with a fucked up Peer to Peer multiplaying network on the PC.

Basically, the new CoD will have to do something really sodding awesome to convince me to burn money on it.

I was planning on getting this game but I can't stop playing MW2 and I dont feel like going to play in the vietnam age seems like a step back from MW2.But I read there was gonna be some type of zombie mode like there was on WaW so that might make me pick it up.But for now i'll just stick to Socom and MW2.

The good thing is that Treyarch might not make the same mistake IW did with MW2 by that I obviously mean the mass amount of glitches online I cant speak for the 360 but I have MW2 on pc and ps3 and although its fun to play sometimes it just pisses me off.

From the trailer it looks like theres gonna be the customized Killstreaks if thats the case i hope theres no 25 kill streak cause its just gonna give people more reason to camp.They should go back to COD4 status and just put UAV,Airstrike, and Chopper.There was personally alot less camping on cod4 than mw2 cause the stupid killstreaks.

Why the hell do I keep talking about mw2 and cod4? XD
