Re: Centra Crisis: Guardian Enforced
Oh, I'm all for ass-kicking right away =D
Maybe the team get lead to a cave entrance, and fight through a throng of monsters like in every game before getting into the actual man-made facility?
So I guess we'll regroup for the day, all the while keeping on eye on surveillance to see anyone getting back into the city through the old exits and then follow them to...wherever xD
To make it easy, we could have it happen the next day, giving time for character scenes and such *rubs chin*
EDIT: Okay, made my post. Sorry for the shortness. It's almost 4 a.m. here (yeah, my sleep time is pretty wonky >_>)

Hi, sorry about my lacking presence at RSF. I got busy with my off-line life, and though it's settled a bit, there's not much to do here without people posting (which is kind of my fault >.<)

Re: Centra Crisis: Guardian Enforced
Hey everyone!
At long last Aumanil has returned >.<
Finally got my first post up, it's 99% backstory but at least it sets the groundwork now for future posts.
And yes, it is quite long.
3205 words to be exact :/
What can i say, I like to go into detail? :P
In any case, feel free to point out any errors or things you don't like.
I don't write often, in fact i don't really write at all so any feedback to help me improve will be most welcome.
Now i was thinking about possible things for Aumanil to do in order to get into the main story that's going on at the moment.
Aleister mentioned there was going to be a second FH meeting, where he was planning a possible attack on the leaders by Galbadia so i thought this might tie in well.
"I was trying to think what the hell Aumanil is actually going to be doing, and I thought that (because Timber had problems with Galbadia when Edea was around) that he could be sent by Timber Garden to Deling to keep an eye out for any militarization and maybe he meets up with Thomas on his way back from finding the Brothers? Then maybe Aumanil finds signs that Galbadia is starting to gather military power, so he hooks up with Thomas and heads back to (Centra garden I think it is) to try and organise some sort of cooperation with Timber Garden, because Timber knows that (from past experience) galbadia will most likely attack them"
Possible followed by an attack on the leaders at the second FH meeting.
Anyway just throwing some ideas out there so let me know whether you think it fits in.
Cheers

Re: Centra Crisis: Guardian Enforced
Yeah that sounds possible. As long as the surprise element of the FH attack remains preserved. After all, it's going to be the major 'WTF IS HAPPENING?!'-moment.
I'm not posting tonight. I do have a post in my head, will type it out tomorrow.
Anyway, good to see you posted at long last, and don't worry, I'll kick your arse any time you're late with posting a new post.

Re: Centra Crisis: Guardian Enforced
Thinking about it some more, I thought of something else:
If Thomas and Aumanil link up and discover Galbadia's militarisation, it would give all or at least most characters an excuse to be there (basically Eshtar SeeDs would tag along with the Headmaster to be some kind of bodyguard, under the pretence of the diplomacy course again of course). This means that we can do that whole sequence from a whole lot of angles which is cool.
However, it would kind of negate the entire surprise of the Galbadian assault. Maybe the other headmasters/political eladers expected an attack, but just not there and then (ie they didn't actually expect them to attack the most nuetral ground in the world)? Also my own surprise might not work as well as it would in a complete surprise environment, but I guess I can still make it work... or not.
Your thoughts?
EDIT: I need one more day to get a new post sorted. No real inspiration really. Hoping for better luck tomorrow.

Re: Centra Crisis: Guardian Enforced
That sounds like it would work.
As you said, just because someone finds out that Galbadia has started producing unusual amounts of weapons doesn't mean it wouldn't still be a huge surprise if they attacked so openly and so soon at the second FH meeting.
I don't mind, whatever you and Mell think fits into the story so far.

Re: Centra Crisis: Guardian Enforced
Ack, I apologize, I'm swamped with work for the next 2 days. Sorry for the hold up D=
But I'm good with that turn for the Esthar side of the story. I like the idea of things making better since when everything get's put together. I was wondering if we could end the day for Esthar's side of things, and then get a so-called break in the case the next day conveniently enough?
I think for the other scene you got going on with Blood, you don't need to match it up time-wise with the one with me, so I don't think there would be an issue >.<

Re: Centra Crisis: Guardian Enforced
Okay, made my little post!
I brought us to the lab, and kind of skipped over the any scene that would've been about each team disclosing what they learned. I've been feeling lazy with the little stuff, sorry >.<
Actually, if I can, I'll try to rewrite my post to be more in depth and such, but I was feeling bad for leaving you hanging, so I just made that quickie for now >.<

Re: Centra Crisis: Guardian Enforced
OK, just continued on your posts. Well, I SAY 'continued' but I didn't actually bring us any further. I'm a bit afraid to take much initiative in this because it's your baby, what with Anita being your character and all.
Also posted for Thomas again, getting to the Brothers in the next post.

Re: Centra Crisis: Guardian Enforced
Sorry for the long wait. Even with a day off work, I was so busy at home with our kitchen reno Dx
Anyways, finally made a post. I wanted to leave an opening for Lucy, Xanther and or Tamara to join in on helping Aiden face off against the cave boss and to get some decent cred as SeeD or something.
Feel free to kill it, btw
In the meanwhile, I'm thinking of having Lani find a way to the next area, possibly far enough that the party finds three of the missing SeeD members before they get their memory wiped or something *ponders*
This "arc" will be done pretty soon. It's mostly emotional sap I'll be writing about about bosom buddies and such and more GF reunion stuff.
Just not sure how to advance it in terms of Raydune's plot. Maybe getting Bee and the other lab assistants taken in for questioning, or something.

Re: Centra Crisis: Guardian Enforced
Holy shit, how is Thomas' psyche going to handle all these GFs? xD
Great post, I'll try to get something climactic written up before the end of the week.

Re: Centra Crisis: Guardian Enforced
Whoa, am I reliable or what? *rolls eyes*
I need to level with you both - I'm gonna drop this RP. I really love it and enjoy writing for it and reading what you guys contribute, but school is eating up too much of my time. Free time is either to do assignments and go to my part-time job, and that's really it >.<
If you guys are still feeling inspired for the RP, you two are free to use my characters any way you want to achieve whatever plot devices you want. I had some things in mind, but at most, I'll write it out in fanfiction one day in the distant future ;D
But really, sorry to let you guys down.

Re: Centra Crisis: Guardian Enforced
I wouls like to note to Michel and Fusionist that as I revived the CC RP the first time around, that so long as we are all on RSF it is quite possible that it will get jump started once again. I'm fairly inclined to do so now, but I know that Michel is busy and I don't remember the last time I saw Mel, so now would be bad timing. Also, Noise is there, so all's fine. Just saying, there's hope yet.

Fuck, I was absolutely 100% certain that I had replied to this thread earlier!
Just wanted to say, it's fine Mel. I know what Busy feels like, and busy's ugly head rears far too often these days.
However, as Doaj here points out; this WILL live on. We've stopped for now, but we have done that in the past. We have an excellent world here, and it will continue at some point. There will be a time that Busy will go to sleep once more at some point, and then another episode will follow.

I propose we gang up and club "Busy" into a coma!
Who's with me?
I chat with Micheal pretty much every day, plus i check here every now and then, so I'm sure I'll find out if/when the CC RP starts up again
