Thread: Zombie RP

    Zombie RP

I've been thinking of starting an RP, to try and...well create an RP.

And well I kinda decided, zombie RP sounded like a rather easy setting.

But! I wanted to add a twist, which would be that it'd be a fantasy setting...with just medieval weapons, at that prize though, this wouldn't be "infecting" zombies, so if your character got bitten it would just be "damage" for them.

As this is my first foray into making RPs, I think this should be a short one, and the RP section of RSF does need a bit of love this days ^^

    So...anyone interested?

(plans MIGHT fall apart because of college though...)

I'd love to try this type of Zombie RP.

A zombie RP could be cool. So far, I'm kinda interested. Can't guarantee I could join yet though. I still need to get caught up on other RPs as well as RPC. I also think I'd prefer zombies to be infectious, but just because they aren't doesn't mean I wouldn't join. I'll be watching this thread, and I think you should post more details on it when you come up with them, if you don't mind.

On that note, way to end with, "I might bail, though."

Have to be honest with people >.>
And well college is starting soon.

Anyways, I said no infectious cause it would be mostly with melee weapons/medieval ones(bow and arrow) so it would be kinda.....hard not staying infected.

If people would like that though, it could happen.

How much people you'd say we need?

Depends, I guess. If it isn't infectious, four to six would probably be ideal. If they are, then upwards of that. Ten+. I mean, I don't know what feel you're going for. A cozy RP with a small group, or loads of antics with a large number of people?

I know I negleted this topic for a while....and well it would depend, seeing the number of persons that actually replied, I'd think a small cozy group would work best, but I'd also like to know the input of the persons interested before working out the last details of it.

I'd much prefer a contemporary setting, but if you can get enough people on board then I'd like to try a zombie-themed RP for sure.

    (not promising consistency)

I'm really feeling creative this days, so I'd go with what the majority wants....and so far it's contemporary.

So I should start thinking on a contemporary setting.

Sticking to your idea of a Medieval setting, how about doing a zombie theme similar to 28 Days Later? In that movie the infected weren't zombies, they just became INCREDIBLY violent and overwhelmed with pure rage. If you can think of some kind of way of introducing a rage virus (for lack of a better term) into a rural medieval town, then I think that could work really well as an RP. =D

It's not strictly a zombie theme, but at least it's original.
