I got some super-duper entries last time, and I would love to repeat that for the next contest. So get ready for RPC number EIGHT, and get writing!

Everyone can participate, and I really urge you to do so!

Here are the guidelines for the contest, get ready:

• Theme: Intro/first post
  
• Word Limit: 1000 words

• Deadline: Monday 22 February
  

I admit this theme doesn't sound really clear when you first read it. I'll explain it further:

It is this RPC's aim to have you people write up an introductory post for a character. It doesn't matter who the character is. It can be someone you have played before (although a new character is preferred) or an entirely new character. I'm giving you a 1000 word limit because I want you to go all out (is 'no holds barred' a correct term in this context? I always screw up the order/words ). Entries need to give the reader a good idea of who the character is, and what he or she is like. Other than that, no rules! I am sure that I will receive the bad-assest of bad-ass intro posts before 22 February!

I'm having to extend this because there are no entries. I'll extend the deadline for both the voting and the entering of RPC #8 by one week. New deadline is 1 March.
