    Themes You'd Like to See

Well, what are your thoughts? It's harder than it looks to come up with something new every fortnight (even though it's easier than coming up with something every week), so I would appreciate input. What do you think of the themes we had? Would you like a theme to return? Do you have a new theme in mind?

Also, what are your thoughts on the RPC in general? Room for improvement? Or is it OK? I'm dying to know, because I'm the one who can change things if things need changing!

    So in short:

    -Feedback on themes
    -Theme ideas
    -Feedback on RPC

    Thanks!

I think your themes are rad, bro.

Character creation was one of my favorites, I think it would be interesting to do that with a theme. By with a theme, I don't just mean use it as a theme again, but have an overall theme for the characters.

Good to know my ideas so far have been appreciated.

I'll see if I can come up with a nice theme for character creation. I was actually thinking of doing a character creation RPC again soon.

Just some ideas for the character creation theme:

    Non-human
    Unarmed
    Mute/Deaf/Blind?
    From another planet
    An animal in modern day
With a personality disorder (Split personality, Schizophrenia, Bipolar disorder, etc)

I'll add more later when I think of some awesome ones.

Those are some pretty interesting ideas! Will most definitely incorporate those in later RPCs.

A couple theme ideas off the top of my head.

    Lovers
    Revenge
    Death/Afterlife

Also, a "Reply" theme might be interesting. By which I mean, you would write a scene involving...something. Possibly some sort of "last boss" type being addressing a group of adventurers, and the contestants would make the post they would make if they were one of the adventurers.

Another idea would be an introduction post. Just walking into a bar or something. The focus would be how well you can describe your character in an intro post.

How about writing a post with an assigned character? The bio would be posted along with the guidelines. A scenario would probably be given as well. RPers would then be judged by post quality as well as their ability to stay true to the character. This wouldn't take away their creative freedom, I believe, since they would be free to interpret the bio as they wished.
We have a right to believe whatever we want, but not everything we believe is right.

Thank you for the Sig, Mellusia!!!
