Size Limit: 500x200 pixels
Animation: Not allowed
Transparency: Not allowed
Due date: 22nd December, 2009

To elaborate on the theme, you can make anything you want so long as it prominently features the colour blue. No other colour may feature as much as blue.

I'm taking it upon myself this week to remind everyone that our SOTW competitions have rules and guidelines, so if you haven't browsed through them yet then no biggie, but I strongly suggest that you do. You can find them here.

This thread will now be left open for discussion on the theme only. Keep the spam to a minimum please, guys. =]
