I say that is the all around "hamster wheel". You hear so much about how you cannot find a job without a diploma and it seems that when you are hunting jobs the diploma itself feels useless because you still cannot always land the job you want without the degree. Trust me, I feel your pain. I myself attempted college many... many times. I'm just not one that enjoys school. And to be quite honest I find college a crock of shit because I don't remember a thing from my time in due to the fast semesters. I think it's insane you must pay for such learning if you aren't truely "learning" anything. If that's the case they should just let you pay for your paper of certification. In my own opinion. Hang in there. If you really feel that your job is going to lead to nothing perhaps it is time to look in the direction of finding a new place to work. But if you think you can keep at it I'm sure your years in will surely lead to a better position you just may not feel like it is right now. All hope is not lost though. You can truely do whatever it is that you want in life. Just keep your eye on the prize.
