Title unrelated. I just wrote it because it sounds angry. Which I am.

My night started good. A Halloween party with some friends of mine. I discussed movies, music, and watched Army of Darkness. Good times.

I get back to the dorm, and about an hour later, my roommate and his buddies come in, and they drag me to the fucking waffle house. I try to distract myself from the hookers and floor vomit by pulling out my iPod. It was blank. I had formatted it earlier and forgot to reload music.

So I'm sitting there, pissed off, but at least I can get a sausage biscuit or something out of the deal. No dice. We sat there for 45 minutes. The waitress never came to our table. There were people that showed up at the 30-minute mark that got their food in 5 minutes. One of the other guys, Brendan, gets pissed and goes up to the counter to bitch at the waitress. At this point, me and Andrew (my roommate) have decided to not order any food, lest we find something.......unsavory in it. Still no luck. She has apparently been ignoring us, since she won't even make eye contact with Brendan as he's yelling obscenities.

Then we finally decide to bail, and another friend, who shall remain nameless (we'll call him Driver), picks up his girlfriend/fuck buddy, and she is MESSED UP. She is obviously drunk and high (i.e. she can't stand up/walk without help), and pulls out a can of compressed air. Brendan, whose best friend OD'd on that stuff, got pissed and chucked it out the window, causing her to bitch up a storm.

And then we pulled into IHOP, and Driver wants to leave her in the car while we eat since there's loads of cops in the restaurant. Me and Andrew tell him "Fuck this. We want to go back to the dorm." So he takes us back. Driver plans to take the girl back to his dorm and fuck her. Andrew left just a minute ago to try and talk him out of it. Statutory Rape is serious business.

tl;dr I've lost a lot of faith in humanity.
