Ugh, despite this pissy news, there's not a whole lot to it. Today I tried to use my credit card, but I was told it was declined. That honestly scared and confused me. I never go over my limit and I always pay off my bills on time. I was worried but I couldn't do anything until I got home. When I did get home I managed to call the company and asked what was going on. I got put through to the fraud department (that again scared me) and I was told that there had been some unusual ...
Alright, I've mentioned before that I'm doing an internship as a requirement to graduate. Now as far as I had known, I only had to do between 120-150 hours. That seems long, but it was suppose to be spread out during the semester. Even though I actually started a month later, it was still doable. Yeah, but here's the kicker-I just found out that it's actually 190 hours. I had been misinformed and it was only by coincidence when I was talking to someone about their internship did ...
Okay, I need to vent >.< As you may or may not know reader/s, I have an internship at a magazine. I had to wash the dishes once, but I also did a lot of magazine-related stuff, so I'm not miffed ...
Okay, I only work one day out of the week since the rest of the time I have college and my internship taking up my time. Therefore it's understandable that I would only need to look at my schedule online maybe once or twice for the that one day to work. So I looked at it a few times (more the once being the point here) and there was no change at all. Then today, I decided to look at it again just for the heck of it since I have my work shift today and it doesn't hurt ...
So after I was done with my internship for the day, I did what I normally did-I went to the EB Games store at the nearest mall in the area. Normally I just go in and check out what they got, occasionally pout when they tell me they don't have some of the older games I'm looking for, or actually buy something. Today I was gonna buy this one PS2 game for, like, 30.00. I kept seeing it at retail a while back for around 45.00, so I figure that was a significant price drop ...
