So yeah, while working at a stand at the beach today, someone came up to the cashier and said that our garbage can was on fire.

Of course we didn't believe them...And then we saw the fuckin' fire O.o

I admit I was shocked. What the heck kind of reaction are you suppose to have when someone calmly tells you that your garbage can is one fire?

Luckily, the manager at the site sprung into action and poured water onto the can. And all was right with the world. ...

Well, not canceled, just suspended

I just got a automated call that credit cards ending with certain 4 digits were being suspended and were rendered useless as of today. They said they'd send a replacement card within 10 days.

I admit that it's a tad convenient. I have work tomorrow, and I don't like having cash on me to buy something after work, so I rely on my credit card.

I'm just wondering why the card was suspended in the first place O.o

I was at the grocery store today, and I went to the dairy section to get some milk. Milk is located in those huge-ass fridges of course, and a couple of people were grabbing some bags. It's Friday today, so it's one of the busy grocery shopping days, so the place was in a bit of a frenzy.

Anyways, there was a woman in front of me trying to grab a bag or two of milk and I was behind her. I reached an arm out (I'm a big person, so I can grab things farther away than some people :3) ...

My mom went out today for some kind of meeting thing and she asked me to record some shows she watches on t.v.

Now I wonder, is it possible to record t.v. shows onto a DVD yet? I admit that I'm not really hip when it comes to technology so maybe such a device already exists, but I just wonder how long we'll continue to use VHS when it comes to little things like recording T.V shows

Okie dokie, where do I start?

I've recently become an aunt due to my cousin's wife givin' birth to a cute lil' girl. I haven't actually seen her yet myself, but hopefully I will soon enough. It's also my cousin's wife's b-day today, so now I need to buy something for the baby and the mommy >_<

Not that I mind, 'cause I like my cousin's wife. She's so sweet ^^

What else...I bought a couple of books recently. Two books on health...and two volumes ...
